What I need to bring: Fun attitude and appetite -
we will provide all your materials, food, supplies, towels, etc.
What sushi do we learn?:  You will learn how to prepare
rice, variety of ways to cut fish and ingredients, make
rolls, and the art of presentation.
Do we eat?:  Yes.  Your class includes soup/salad,
the sushi you make and non-alcoholic beverages.

Students will be awarded completion certificates.
